RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please contact customer service first before u return your package back, We will get back to u within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.


If you are not happy with your purchase, a return of unused product within 7 days is acceptable. Once we received the returned items,KBL will refund the cost of the goods in full.


Returned items have to send back as the original state,otherwise it may not eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We won’t be responsible for items damaged and lost  during the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and track able mail service.


We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.


We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
