RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please contact customer service before returning your package. We will respond within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns of unused products within 7 days are acceptable. Once we receive the returned items, KBL will refund the cost of the goods.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition; otherwise, they may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment; therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return.
